Our payment plan is simple; you pay only for the space your items takes on our 12-yard truck. That means that if you have a small amount of junk, you will probably pay ⅛ truckload or ¼ truckload, and if you have a large basement full of items you wish to remove, it might take a whole truckload.

Should I Make Preparations Before my Basement Cleanout?
That depends on whether there are things you wish to keep or you want us to haul it all.
If you have items that you use occasionally and are stored in the basement, or some precious objects you wish to keep, or if your basement is in daily use and you want to remove only some unused stuff, you’ll need to either show us which items you want to keep or put them aside if possible. Either way, we will work and haul away only the things you wish to remove.
If your stuff is mixed and you want to keep some and remove some, we can help with that on the cleanout day. You or someone on your behalf will need to be with us, and we will work according to your directions.

What Will You do With my Stuff?

We will work according to your specific directions, and when we finish, you’ll see the results immediately. In that way, if we come across something that we think you would like to reconsider, we can quickly locate you and ask.
Of course, if you are too busy for that, we would prefer someone to be present on your behalf, and if that’s an issue too, contact us, and we’ll find the best solution together.
